Why Embreier?

Evidence-Based Learning

Grounded in developmental neuroscience, each session translates research into a structured experience children genuinely enjoy.

Designed for Results

Four-phase sequence × rotating activities = regulation, curiosity, and self-direction. Capacities children carry into school, relationships, and daily life.

Trusted Educator Presence

Small groups, familiar faces, and clear safeguarding standards—all held by trained educators—create an environment where children can try, stretch, and grow.

What Families Are Saying Ce que disent les familles

"We were always busy. Ballet, swimming, this and that. But I never felt settled about it. With Embreier, something feels anchored. She leaves willingly. She talks about the circle. There's a steadiness in her that wasn't there before. It is incredible." « On était toujours occupés. »
—Emma, Mother of Two —Emma, mère de deux enfants
"He arrives curious. That surprised me. There's more follow-through now. If he starts something, he stays with it. The shift is subtle, but it's real. I can see it in how he listens." « Il arrive curieux. Ça m'a surpris. Il va plus au bout des choses maintenant. S'il commence quelque chose, il reste avec. Le changement est subtil, mais il est réel. Je le vois dans sa façon d'écouter. »
—Ye Zi, Embreier Parent —Ye Zi, parent Embreier
"We were looking for something consistent. A clear structure. After a few weeks, he comes home calmer. He talks about the other children. He describes what he did. For me, that is reassuring." « On cherchait quelque chose de cohérent. Un cadre clair. Depuis quelques semaines, il rentre plus calme. Il parle des autres enfants. Il raconte ce qu'il a fait. Pour moi, c'est rassurant. »
—Sophie, Embreier Parent —Sophie, parent Embreier

embreier educator standards

  • Embreier educators observe behaviour in context and regulate alongside the child, shaping the conditions of the group as situations unfold. Their responses are delivered within the moment, through presence, timing, and action. They are trained to use the dual-stance.

    In Practice
Responses happen inside the situation itself, not outside it. The educator works with what is happening, rather than interrupting it.

    Group Setting
The group remains the frame. Individual moments are addressed without removing the child from the shared environment.

  • Embreier educators have advanced training in psychology or pedagogy, applied in a non-clinical, group setting.
They recognise what is happening, acknowledge the child’s experience, and demonstrate more effective ways of regulating and relating within the moment.
The session reflects real-life situations, so children can practise these capacities in context.

    Application
Psychological understanding is used in real-time group situations, not as analysis or intervention.

    Scope
The work is preventive, developmental, and educational.

    For Parents
Children are understood and guided in a way that remains natural, appropriate, and contained within a group environment.

  • Every educator is prepared before leading a group independently. Practice is continuously reviewed and refined.

    Internal Formation
Educators are carefully prepared before leading a group independently.

    Embedded Feedback
Each session is observed and reflected on, so the work continues to refine.

    Ongoing Review
Educators meet regularly to learn from what is happening in each group.

    Confirmed Standard
Every group is led by an educator who meets the Embreier standard.

  • Small groups, constant adult supervision, and clear safety standards are maintained at every session.

Embreier environments are designed for safety through structure, not control.

    Ratios & Continuity
Groups are limited to 6–8 children per educator. The same space, group, and educator are used each week. Transitions are slow, guided, and repeated.

    Space & Materials
Materials are age-appropriate and intentionally limited. Environments are arranged for visibility and calm movement.
Sessions take place on-site at employer locations, removing additional commutes for families and keeping the day contained.

    Educator Clearances
All educators meet Swiss child-safeguarding requirements and complete safeguarding and emergency-response training before leading sessions.
