Embreier educators observe behaviour in context and regulate alongside the child, shaping the conditions of the group as situations unfold. Their responses are delivered within the moment, through presence, timing, and action. They are trained to use the dual-stance.

In Practice
Responses happen inside the situation itself, not outside it. The educator works with what is happening, rather than interrupting it.

Ratios & Continuity
Groups are limited to 6–8 children per educator. The same space, group, and educator are used each week. Transitions are slow, guided, and repeated.

Materials are age-appropriate and intentionally limited. Environments are arranged for visibility and calm movement.
Sessions take place on-site at employer locations, removing additional commutes for families and keeping the day contained.

Educator Clearances
All educators meet Swiss child-safeguarding requirements and complete safeguarding and emergency-response training before leading sessions.
