Embreier Education · For schools
What a school notices should not disappear.
Qualified staff capture brief observations. Embreier connects them across context and time, so teachers, families and leaders can learn from what changed without turning children into scores.

One moment, kept intact
Useful later because its context survives.
Valuable knowledge often remains in a teacher's notes or memory. Embreier preserves what was observed, the conditions around it, who confirmed it and what followed.
“He asked to begin with the drawing again, then stayed with the writing for the whole block.”
The professional standard
Better intelligence begins before the model.
Certification standardises how professional users observe and confirm an input. It is not an extra course around the product. It is the quality infrastructure beneath it.
Start with what happened.
Words or actions that were seen or heard, rather than a judgement about motive or character.
Keep the conditions.
Activity, time, setting, people present and the change that immediately followed.
Keep the author in control.
The professional accepts, edits or declines the structured observation before it enters the history.
The adults do not become data-entry workers. A brief working habit produces evidence precise enough to learn from later and consistent enough to improve the system over time.
Value at every level
Continuity for the child. Clarity for the school.
Each person sees only what their responsibility requires. The source remains the same; the rendering changes with purpose and permission.
The context worth protecting or examining in the next learning situation.
A clearer view of what became visible and a simple way to add what happened at home.
Unnamed patterns in the learning environment, where continuity is weak and where staff support may matter most.
No child names. No ranking. The school sees a pattern it can examine, together with the evidence boundary behind it.
Across a changing school life
A moment can travel without becoming a verdict.
The history belongs to the relationship, not to one teacher's memory. New observations can support, qualify or replace an earlier understanding.
A person notices one concrete moment.
The source and context remain attached.
Related moments become visible across time.
What happens next updates the understanding.
The standard beneath the interface
The relationship stays human. Embreier carries the continuity.
The system makes evidence usable without turning a moment into a trait. Consequential judgement remains with accountable adults.
Every output can be traced to who observed what, when and under which conditions.
Families can see and revoke consent; access follows a defined purpose.
No continuous capture, emotion recognition or training on child records.
When the evidence cannot support an understanding, Embreier stops.
School Intelligence Sprint
Ten school days. One class. One real question.
A bounded way to test the capture habit, evidence quality and practical usefulness before deciding what comes next.
Participants, consent and access are agreed before the Sprint begins.
No new lesson, assessment, outside observer, migration or integration.
The school reviews what became visible and whether it changed a decision or handover.
Credited against a continuing agreement begun in the same school year.
If the Sprint is useful, the school can retain the intelligence layer, qualify its own professional users and consider a recurring School Standard. Each step is decided separately.
