Embreier · Commercial discovery
Industrial Discovery Tool
Test recurring operational pain, missing transition data, buyer ownership and willingness to run a replay. Everything you type saves on this device as you go. Use the send buttons to deliver a part to Embreier.
Minara answers Part I herself
Choose one real industrial environment you know. Answer from experience, not from the Embreier thesis.
Run 3 to 10 external interviews
Use Part II. Do not explain the product first. Capture the exact language of the problem.
One report per plant
Part III fills in straight after each call, so interviews are compared rather than remembered.
Decide with evidence
After 5 to 10 conversations, Part IV shows every plant on one board. Choose the first workflow or reject the thesis.
Sell the cost of forgetting. Build the model from what happened next.
Self-assessment
Stress-test the tool before taking it outside. Pick one environment you know well. If you do not know, write “unknown” rather than filling the gap.
External plant interview
20 to 30 minutes. Do not present Embreier or “world-model AI” before the discovery questions. The objective is to hear how the problem exists in the plant's own language.
I'm trying to understand how recurring production or quality problems actually get resolved inside plants, especially what the systems record versus what people learn during the event.
We're building a system that keeps the link between what was happening, what was tried and what happened next, so the organisation does not have to solve the same problem from scratch.
One-page interview reports
Complete immediately after every interview. Use exact words where possible. Do not convert a weak signal into a strong one.
Cross-plant evidence board
Complete after 5 to 10 interviews. Do not choose the most exciting story. Choose the workflow with repeated evidence across pain, data, buyer and actionability.
| Site / workflow | Pain repeats | KPI + owner | Data exists | Human gap real | Replay data access | Buyer pull |
|---|
Filled from each report's answers. Pain repeats = repeated knowledge loss confirmed. Data exists = historical data accessible. Human gap = missing human information named. Replay access = would provide data. Buyer pull = interested in replay, with a KPI owner named.
