Listen more than you ask. The first answer is the polite one; the second is the real one. Wherever it can, a question offers a choice, not a blank page: gold card or black, key or no key, joy or stretch. A choice is easier to answer, and quietly it has them picture themselves already inside, holding the card, keeping the key, choosing the group. That imagining is half the work. This is a menu, not a script; the founding and conversion themes near the end are for the warmest families you'd consider as Founding Patrons, not every chat. Every question still earns its place by protecting their time, reputation, risk, or peace of mind, nothing menial. Keep it under thirty minutes; that you made it brief is itself the signal that you respect theirs.
