Welcome to
EMBREIER
Embreier did not begin as a business. It began as a question.
After more than 1,800 hours teaching children across Asia, Europe, and the United States, I was looking for an environment aligned with what developmental science shows about how children grow. I found thoughtful programmes and dedicated families. I found busy children and constant coordination. What I did not find was structural coherence.
Development was fragmented by design. Single skills. Separate providers. Activities stacked without sequence. Growth treated as parts rather than as a progression.
When that environment did not exist, we built it.
As a child, achievement came early. Inner strength took longer. For years I confused one for the other. That gap led me to study developmental psychology and test its principles in practice. One pattern kept repeating: children absorb what they live. Environment teaches first. Words follow later. The lever is not the child. The lever is the structure around them.
At Embreier, we design that structure intentionally.
Each session follows a fixed developmental arc: Move, Pause, Make, Belong. The order does not change. The educator remains consistent. Physical and creative work rotates within a stable rhythm. Regulation and prosocial capacity are built through repetition, not intensity. The effects extend beyond the room.
We have watched children who resisted participation begin asking to return. We have watched families experience more coherence without adding more logistics. We have watched regulation, responsibility, and collaboration emerge in ways that sustain.
Embreier exists to raise whole human beings, together with the adults around them.
Sincerely,
Quintana Hoyne

OUR COMMUNITY COMMITMENT
How We’re Giving Back
-
We work with local partners to offer whole-family events for communities with fewer resources, with special attention to immigrant children and families. These gatherings support learning, emotional regulation, and connection for children and caregivers together, using practical approaches that help families feel settled, supported, and at home.
-
We design Embreier class environments to feel calm, safe, and easy for children to be in. We work with local partners and suppliers who prioritise durable, low-waste materials and responsible production practices. By sourcing locally and designing with care, we support responsible procurement cycles that respect both families and the communities we operate within.
-
We participate in learning science and whole-family wellbeing research by contributing practice-based insights from our in-person programs. This participation helps strengthen the evidence base around how children learn, regulate, and connect in real-world settings, while respecting the privacy and autonomy of children and families. Our contribution supports the wider education and wellbeing community by linking research with thoughtful, everyday practice.
